Ron Ginter, AVP Network Services, is the WI Chapter's Local Executive Sponsor. He accepted this responsibility about two years ago. Ron was the lead for the Gary Ludgood Townhall in WI, and the primary force behind its success. He has been instrumental in encouraging leadership involvement in C.A.F.E. Conversations and also has participated as a lead in discussions.
He provides executive leadership mentoring opportunities to members, as well as guidance and support on key initiatives to WI Board Members. His willingness, transparency and leadership is a pivotal contribution to the WI Chapter.
