C.A.F.E. Conversations

The NETwork is continuing the conversation started by our former Chairman Randall Stephenson by facilitating candid discussions over a cup a coffee on issues impacting our society which affect our employees’ ability to bring their authentic selves to work. A little unknown fact is that The NETwork actually started this initiative before Mr. Stephenson’s 2016 speech; however, with that support from our former CEO, we have been able to push this initiative forward to be more successful.  We will hold these events periodically throughout the year nationally and locally so be sure to engage with your local chapters and keep watch on the National Newsletter/Announcements for how you can take part!
