Tammy Carter
The Illinois Chapter proudly nominates Tammy Carter for The NETwork BICP's July 2022 NETworker of the Month. Tammy created an environment for the Illinois chapter to speak with 170 employees at the Grace Street Call Center and from this opportunity we were able to garner 65 new members. Tammy, with assistance of member Tremayne McBryde, who was also instrumental in setting up the membership drive and facilitating its success, obtained new ideas for initiatives and were able to speak to target employees to understand their concerns and determine ways to facilitate their growth at AT&T. This was a rare opportunity for these employees as they are usually tied up on the phone.
